Return and Refund Policy – KIONNO
At KIONNO, we want you to have a safe and worry-free shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return or refund under the conditions described below.
Return Period
You have 15 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return.
Conditions for Returns
To process a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with original tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt or order number.
Return Process

We will provide instructions and the appropriate return address depending on the case (our suppliers have warehouses in different countries).

Once the return is received and approved, we will process your refund or replacement.
Important: Returns are not accepted without a prior request by email.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for personalized or custom-made products, personal care items (such as hygiene or beauty products), sale items, or gift cards.
Defective Products or Order Issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at kionnoshop@gmail.com with photos or videos of the product. We will evaluate the case and offer a solution, either replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days. The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
Customers in the European Union
If you purchase from the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from delivery, without needing to provide a reason. This right applies independently of our standard 15-day return policy.
Customers in the United States
For U.S. customers, our standard 15-day return policy applies from the date of receipt of the order. However, you always have the right to a return or replacement if the received product is defective, damaged, or does not match the description.
International Customers (outside the EU and U.S.)
For international purchases, the 15-calendar-day return policy applies from the date of receipt of the order, unless local laws provide a longer period. In any case, you can always request a replacement or refund if the received product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
