All orders are processed within 24–72 business hours after payment confirmation, depending on the payment method used.

Delays and Exceptions
While we do our best to meet delivery times, delays may occur due to external factors (weather, holidays, transportation).
We recommend a maximum of 7 business days as the estimated delivery time.
In the case of significant delays, customers will be notified and assistance will be provided.
Shipping-Related Returns
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
