Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–72 business hours after payment confirmation, depending on the payment method used.

Estimated Delivery Time

Tracking Number
All orders include a tracking number, which is automatically sent to the customer’s email once the order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs
Standard shipping has a low cost or is included, depending on the product.

Delays and Exceptions
While we do our best to meet delivery times, delays may occur due to external factors (weather, holidays, transportation).
We recommend a maximum of 7 business days as the estimated delivery time.
In the case of significant delays, customers will be notified and assistance will be provided.

Shipping-Related Returns
